Summer specialty Kuroju conger conger (conger conger) sukinabe, seasonal vegetables, and summer sake from Hyogo. We bring you the ultimate taste of summer. From July 8th (Monday) at Kobe Sannomiya “Kuroju Kobe Main Store”.
Speaking of Kuroju’s summer, this is it. “Conger conger suki nabe” has become a specialty, and it is finally here again this year, Reiwa 6.
It is said to have originated on Awaji Island, which is famous for its conger conger, and boasts a *300-year history*.
Kuroju is proud to offer *a local taste* from the same Hyogo Prefecture. *Kansai’s summer feast*, enjoy it while feeling the tradition. We also have a variety of *recommended a la carte dishes* that incorporate seasonal ingredients, as well as *summer-only Japanese sake* from a sake brewery in Hyogo.
