Recruiting for the 2-day Shinshu Adventure Experience, a new type of corporate training that provides an unforgettable experience, to be held in September and October
*Corporate training aimed at developing leadership, team building, and improving engagement. We offer “Shinshu Outdoor Training” (provided by Shinano Mainichi Shimbun) mountaineering training, bonfire talks, and programs that make use of local wine resources. *

* This is a cross-industry type corporate training program for people in their 20s to 50s who work for corporate organizations. *

The first half of the two-day schedule is * “Shinshu Outdoor Training” * In this program, students will demonstrate leadership in a team formed by members they have met for the first time, and aim to establish their own unique leadership style. You will also learn techniques that are useful for team building. On the morning of the second day, we will also conduct mountain climbing training on Mt. Yunomaru (2101m above sea level).
On the afternoon of the second day, participants will experience new values ​​in an unusual environment away from their regular workplace, leading to *reflection and improved engagement*.
