Keio Electric Railway has been implementing an open innovation program through co-creation with external partners including startup companies since FY2022 in order to expand its business portfolio by actively creating a flow of people in existing businesses and expanding into new fields. This program solicits “problems to solve” and “ideas to challenge” based on what employees themselves want to do, regardless of year or position, and takes on the challenge of creating new business through co-creation with external partners. .
