Local Museum 2020 Summer Special Exhibition Read, Watch, and Investigate Toyonaka Rekishi
Starting Tuesday, July 23rd, Toyonaka City will hold an exhibition at the Local Museum (5-4-14 Shonai Sakaemachi) that will help elementary school to junior high school students do homework during their summer vacation. Selected cultural assets, such as a ceramic coffin identical to that stored in the British Museum and roof tiles with a cross pattern associated with Christianity, will be presented divided into blocks in the northern, central, southern, and eastern parts of the city. In addition, as related projects, we will hold events such as newspaper production and searching for authentic Shonai-style earthenware.
