Nagataya Co., Ltd. provides services related to funerals with the slogan “Funerals that touch the heart.” We have started hiring new graduates, which is unprecedented in the industry, and the number of new graduate recruitment applications is over 1,000 on average every year. We are the only funeral company to be ranked in the top 10 in the MyNavi Nikkei ranking of companies that employ university students. We have achieved No. 1 in the ending industry for 4 consecutive years. We currently have an organization of over 200 people in 15 locations, and have been ranked among the top 100 companies to work for for two consecutive years.
As the fourth generation of a company that has been in business for over 100 years.
What have you kept and what have you changed?
What is the secret to attracting new graduates to the ending industry? Immediately after taking over the business, there was a storm of complaints from the workplace.
What kind of thinking did you get out of it?
We will talk about this in a conversation with Aoki.
