Tokachi Slow Food Co., Ltd. (Shimizu-cho, Hokkaido, Representative Director: Hideaki Yamamoto) will hold a special event to exclusively sell Kuroge Wagyu beef (grade A4 or higher) from Tokachi, Hokkaido. We mainly offer rare parts of Kuroge Wagyu beef that are raised at our partner ranch in Tokachi, which are not normally sold. This is your chance to enjoy rare parts of Kuroge Wagyu beef grown in the vast land of Tokachi, Hokkaido, at home.

About Tokachi Slow Food Co., Ltd.
Our main product, Beef Toro Flakes, won the Grand Prix at the National Local Donburi Championship.
Tokachi Slow Food was established in 2003 as an independent meat processing division of Bone Free Farm (Shimizu Town, Hokkaido). Beef Toro Flakes made using a unique manufacturing method are also popular as return gifts for Shimizu Town hometown tax donations. It has a track record of winning national prizes in various competitions, and in recent years has been producing sauce made from beef tenderloin ( We are continuing to take on new challenges, such as selling jumbo beef. From July 2023, Yamamoto Tadanobu Shoten Co., Ltd.’s 100 % became a member of the Yamachu Holdings Group as a subsidiary.
