[Marugen Ramen] Celebrating the 20th anniversary of its release, we are holding a “Let’s eat it together! Meat Soba Challenge” to express our gratitude!
“Marugen Ramen”, which is operated by Monogatari Corporation (Headquarters: Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture / President: Masayuki Kato) and has 212 stores nationwide, is “Aged Soy Sauce Ramen”. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the release of “Niku Soba” (hereinafter referred to as “Niku Soba”), we will carry out the “Niku Soba 20th Anniversary Project”. To express our gratitude for your continued patronage, we will be holding the “Let’s all eat meat soba challenge” from July 16, 2024 (Tuesday), where you can receive app coupons of up to 25% off. In addition, four projects are scheduled to be held within the year, including this one, under the “Niku Soba 20th Anniversary Project.”

About “Let’s all eat together! Meat Soba Challenge”
We will distribute one app coupon to each app member, with a discount rate that changes depending on the number of servings of “Niku Soba” products during the period. We are planning to get a 25% discount if we reach up to 2.5 million meals, so please enjoy our “Niku Soba” during the target period.

Our signature product is the Aged Soy Sauce Ramen Niku Soba. Each time we receive an order, we prepare a bowl of soup made with pork in a hand pot, topped with our own chewy noodles, Japanese toppings such as grated yuzu pepper, and green onions.
In addition, the key to the soup, the aged soy sauce, is a blend of three types of soy sauce. “Niku Soba” is a masterpiece that can only be found at “Marugen Ramen”, which is a harmonious combination of all of these ingredients. Derivative products such as “Ajitama Meat Soba” and “Kariniku Soba” are also popular.
Ramen items can be changed to noodles with 50% less carbohydrates for an additional 100 yen (110 yen including tax), and one of the reasons why we are a frequent customer is that we have a lot of vegetables and many healthy menu items.
The main side menu items include “Marugen Gyoza”, “Teppanyaki Egg Fried Rice”, and “Oishii Karaage”, as well as the “soft serve ice cream” that is popular after the meal. We also have a parking lot, and the bright and spacious restaurant has counter seats, table seats, and tatami mat seats, so everyone from solo travelers to families with children can relax and enjoy their meals.
