* ■ Summer vacation is coming soon*
* Do you have any plans to have fun and get active with your family? *

A decade ago, it was commonplace for parents and children to play catch and kick a ball on the street.

These days, there are fewer places around us where we can easily exercise, and we don’t see these kinds of scenes anymore. With fewer opportunities to be physically active, both adults and children are concerned about lack of exercise and stress build-up.

Relaxing and having fun while exercising together as a parent and child is not only good for the body for both adults and children, but it is also a great opportunity for parents and children to communicate with each other and their families, as it naturally encourages laughter and conversation during play. It will be.

Children can run around safely and energetically, and busy parents can relieve their lack of exercise at their own pace!
ITC Tennis School holds a free parent-child tennis trial event every year as part of its family sports support activities for local residents.

Whether things go well or not, tennis is a very fun sport that will keep you laughing.
With support from experienced coaches, this is a popular event that even those who are completely new to tennis can enjoy.

Would you like to make autumn sports memories while having fun chasing the ball with your parents and children?

□ What will you do on the day?
It’s okay even if you have no experience with sports or are not very confident in your physical strength. . ?

ITC Tennis School’s “Nakayoshi Parent-Child Tennis Experience Session” is primarily focused on providing an opportunity for parents and children to have fun and exercise at their own pace with peace of mind.

Our experienced and friendly coaches will take into consideration your experience and physical strength, so even if you are completely new to tennis or don’t have the opportunity to exercise often, you can feel free to experience the fun of tennis. I can.

At Nakayoshi Parent-Child Tennis, there are many friends who are trying out a racket for the first time.
First, learn how to hold the racket and start by touching the ball with the racket.
Try “tossing the ball” or “ball pom-pom,” facing each other without putting the net between them, and lightly passing the ball. Once you get used to it, use the cone as a target and try hitting it. For small friends, it is OK to roll and aim.

At ITC Tennis School, we offer low-height mini-nets and low-speed tennis nets so that even small friends who are just starting out or those who want to stay healthy through sports can enjoy the fun of tennis. I’m taking the ball.

It’s easy and fun for anyone because it uses a mini net and a mini racket.

These are widely recommended by the ITF (International Tennis Federation) as a “PLAY+STAY” program.

Once you get used to handling the racket, you and your child can try a mini rally together.
At the end, let’s work together as a parent and child to challenge the coach to a challenge match!

The event will be held at each school sequentially from July 15th (Monday/holiday) to August 18th (Sunday). Please see the guidelines below for application and details.
Due to the popularity of this event, registration will close once capacity is reached.
Participation fee and racket rental are free, so please feel free to join us.

Your parents are probably busy with work and housework.

At ITC Tennis School, we don’t just want to improve your tennis skills. Our goal since our founding has been to “energize the mind and body” through “Heartful Tennis Communication,” a warm encounter through tennis.

Even in a short period of time, children will quickly pick up the tricks.

To help provide a place where parents and children and their families can interact with each other with smiles through tennis.
To express our gratitude to the local community for their support over the years, we will continue to hold Nakayoshi parent-child tennis experience events where parents and children can deepen their bonds. * ■ Children change through sports and courtesy. *
* ITC Tennis School supports the “Manor Kids Project”. *

Manner Kids Project Public Interest Incorporated Association mannerkids.org

Manners Kids Project Public Interest Incorporated Association Through sports, we aim to help children learn basic manners such as greetings and etiquette, and to develop human resources who can be world-class in both the literary and military arts.

ITC Co., Ltd., as the Hyogo branch of the public interest incorporated association Manners Kids Project, will actively implement the project in consultation with the board of education and local kindergartens and elementary schools.
* ■ Five promises from ITC Tennis School to our customers. *

At ITC, we don’t just want to provide tennis skills.
Our motto is “Heartful Tennis Communication” (warm communication through tennis!).

We will help you live a healthy life with tennis in mind.

1. *We will help you improve while having fun*
At ITC Tennis School, we always use the love and enjoyment of tennis as the foundation for improving our skills, and we continue to innovate in our lessons and facility management.
2. *Lessons are tailored to each individual’s physical strength and goals* Everyone enjoys tennis in different ways. Maintaining health, building friendships, and competing in competitions. We provide and support an environment where everyone can continue working at their own pace towards their own goals.
3. *We will have warm and heart-warming exchanges with our users and the local community*
Having experienced the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, we have deeply engraved in our hearts the role we play in the local community and the importance of connections. With this experience in mind, we will continue to contribute to local communities through sports events, support for school club activities, try-out activities, and the designated business operator system.
4. *We not only teach tennis, but also develop an attitude of taking on challenges and a caring heart* “Let’s break out of our shells!”
That is the main theme of ITC Tennis School Junior Club. Through tennis, we foster a spirit of challenge, gratitude, courtesy, a fair spirit, and a heart of consideration for fellow students. We also promote these activities as the Hyogo branch of Manners Kids Project, a public interest incorporated association.
5. *We will help you enjoy tennis and exercise for a lifetime* Tennis is a lifelong sport. Because we want to have fun all the time, we teach lessons while incorporating the latest exercise theory so as not to put undue stress on the body. “Easy tennis” that seniors, kids, and three generations of parents and children can enjoy together, and fitness that brings benefits and shine to the body “LinoFit Training” is included.
