Thank you very much for your continued support. This time, from Tomikura Co., Ltd. (Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture)’s general brand line [restaurant Tomikura]*
Developed “Niku Udon Jerky” and “Niku Udon Spice” * with the flavor of the soul food meat udon from Fukuoka and Kitakyushu. Pre-sale will start from 11:00 am on Monday, July 8th from the crowdfunding site “makuake”.

The birthplace of udon, udon stone monuments, udon programs… beloved soul food. The development was inspired by the lack of souvenirs of “meat udon”!
Fukuoka Prefecture is the second largest wheat producing area after Hokkaido. It is also called “Udon Prefecture”.
There is even a weekly udon program on the udon monument.
It is a soul food that the people of the prefecture are proud of all over the country.

However, even at Kokura Station, the northernmost gateway to Kyushu, and Kitakyushu Airport,
There are very few souvenirs related to udon. Even if there is, it is a meat udon type that can be eaten warm.
It’s bulky and heavy for a souvenir if you put it in your bag…

This makes it difficult to spread the appeal and culture of
“Kitakyushu’s soul food = meat udon”…
Because we are a Kitakyushu butcher, we want to spread Kitakyushu’s meat udon culture even further! That’s what inspired me to create it.

* Kitakyushu meat udon with a dark soup stock that is rare in western Japan, a strong ginger aroma, and green onions. *
There, the beef has soaked up the soup stock.

How can we express meat udon, which has supported the stomachs of people in Kitakyushu for many years, as jerky? As a local butcher, he faced meat udon and produced it while marketing for a year.

In addition, in order to create a pleasant texture when you put it in your mouth, we focused on selecting the most tender parts of the meat, and researched the cutting of green onions and ginger, and the proportion of soup stock, down to the gram level.

* We have created a beef jerky that gives you the taste of meat udon when you eat it as is, instead of adding it to udon. *

* ◎The package is designed to look like jerky on a plate of meat udon. * The design makes it look like there’s meat udon inside so you can enjoy it from the package!
I cut out a circle to represent the meat udon that sits on top of the udon bowl.
* The key points are that you can eat it straight out of the bag, and that it can be kept at room temperature as a souvenir.*
The package is stylish and can easily fit into your bag.
The back of the package also includes a story about the meat udon.

* ◎Also developed and sold a versatile spice with the flavor of meat udon! * There is another product that I made when making jerky this time. To enhance the meat udon flavor of jerky
*This is a specially made original all-purpose spice*.
* It has a flavor that expresses the Kitakyushu meat udon flavor with green onions and ginger. *
This goes great with fries, fried rice, and fried chicken! We have decided to sell this as well!
