*We are pleased to announce that we will begin recruiting for Fund No. 65 (approximately 760 million yen) of real estate crowdfunding “TECROWD”, which allows you to invest overseas from 100,000 yen per unit, from 18:00 on July 23rd. *
No. 65 Fund Group Home for People with Disabilities “AMANEKU Chiba Kasori Town” TECRA Co., Ltd. (Head office: Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, “TECROWD” operated by Representative Director: Hironobu Niino) is a real estate crowdfunding based on the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act (under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism).
Information on the new No. 65 Fund Group Home for People with Disabilities “AMANEKU Chiba Kasori Town” will be released from July 9, 2024, and recruitment will begin from 18:00 on July 23, 2024.

This fund will invest in AMANEKU Chiba Kasori-cho Buildings A and B, a group home for people with disabilities. This is a fund that will invest the necessary funds to construct a group home by incorporating land that has already been purchased by our company and for which development permits and building permits have been obtained into the fund.

After forming the fund, we will incorporate land for which development permits and building permits have been obtained (planned to be purchased by our company by the time this fund is formed) into the fund, and construct buildings. The target properties, AMANEKU Chiba Kasori-cho Buildings A and B, are scheduled to be completed at the end of December 2024. After completion, we will carry out sales activities and sell the property, paying dividends and repaying the principal. After completion, we will enter into a lease agreement (free rent) with the operating company, AMATUHI Co., Ltd., and begin preparations for opening and operations. We will facilitate sales activities while the operating company is confirmed.
