An eel specialty restaurant based on the concept of “filling your belly with delicious eel!” operated by Franchise Business Incubation Co., Ltd. “Unagi no Naruse Yokohama store” will open in September 2022 with the desire to make it easier for Japanese people to enjoy the unagiju that has been loved by Japanese people since ancient times. We started managing multiple stores in February 2023 and exceeded 200 stores by June.
On social media, we have received comments such as “I went there to celebrate my family’s birthday” and “I went there on Mother’s Day.” It is unique in that it is used in a variety of situations, from individuals to families, and is visited by people of all ages. The “Unagi no Naruse” kabayaki retains the fluffy texture of the Kanto region and the crispy texture of the Kansai region, making it crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. You can add the sauce that comes with the kabayaki to your liking, so be sure to give it a try.
We will continue to aim to be a store that is loved by everyone in the local community as a “easy-to-eat eel specialty store” that is loved by men and women of all ages.

1 We use Japanese eel that is available at high-end restaurants.In order to provide the most delicious eel of the season, we purchase from an eel farm that complies with ISO and HACCP. We are particular about the feed, and carefully select eels that suit the palate of modern Japanese people.
