Denny’s, operated by Seven & i Food Systems Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Masami Komatsu), will open the Italian restaurant “Regalo” in Sangubashi, Tokyo from Tuesday, July 23, 2024. We will be selling new menu items supervised by owner chef Tomomi Ogura (hereinafter referred to as Chef Ogura).

The menu supervised by Chef Ogura has been sold twice in the past, in September 2023 and March 2024, and has received support from many customers. Due to these circumstances, we once again asked Chef Ogura to supervise the product, which led to this sale.
The main menu features a tomato sauce that brings out the aroma and flavor of garlic to the fullest, in the style of Ogura chef, and the spiciness of chili peppers, and piping hot spaghetti that is cooked to the right temperature. The main ingredients are two types of corn, seasonal “Pure White” and “Super Sweet Corn.” By cooking each type of corn in two ways, “steaming” and “grilling,” you can create different sweetness and texture. You can enjoy the taste and aroma. When served, cayenne pepper and Parmigiano Reggiano are served together, allowing customers to adjust the spiciness and flavor to suit their tastes. In response to the need to eat spicy food during the hot summer season, we have developed the ultimate Arrabbiata, which is full of Chef Ogura’s unique characteristics.

In addition to the main dishes, we also supervise hot and cold appetizers using seasonal ingredients. Of course, you can enjoy spaghetti individually or in any combination of your choice.

Even if you think “It’s too far to go to Tokyo Sangubashi” or “It’s hard to take your kids to Regalo,” you can visit Regalo at your local Denny’s with food and wine supervised by Chef Ogura. You can enjoy the feeling.

“Regalo” Chef Tomomi Ogura
Born in Tokyo in 1977. Obtained a chef’s license during university and worked for a year at an Italian restaurant in Tokyo. After working as a star in Bergamo, a city near Milan, he studied the basics of cooking for two years at the Aroma Fresca Group. In September 2008, “REGALO” opened in Tomigaya.
In April 2014, it moved to Sangubashi and received one star in 2017, where it remains today.
