The parfait is centered around fresh, seasonal Shine Muscat, and is an elegant parfait with the light green color of Shine Muscat and the purple of grapes, topped with figs, and the bottom layer is jelly with a beautiful red gradation.

The bottom layer of the parfait is a beautiful gradation of
reddish-brown Darjeeling jelly with raspberry and Kyoho grape sauce and golden Muscat jelly, allowing you to enjoy the perfect sourness. On top of that is a mellow mascarpone cream that goes well with muscat, and topped with shine muscat like a layer of jewels. We have placed tea-flavored streusel so that you can enjoy the crunchy texture when mixed with the jelly on the bottom layer.
Furthermore, the combination of bright purple grape sorbet and rum raisin ice cream delivers a cool and mature taste.
