Achievement Co., Ltd. (location: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman and President: Hitoshi Aoki) held a seminar exclusively for managers, “Strategic Management Planning Seminar,” for two days from July 4th to 5th. Ta. The first season, which will be held for the first time, was fully booked in just a few days after its release. More than 100 small and medium-sized business owners participated on the day. *

After graduating from Waseda University, he joined Achievement as a new graduate. From the time you join the company, you will be in charge of human resources and will be responsible for building the organization, which is the core of management, under the direction of representatives and executives. He has been involved in numerous projects such as formulating management policies, building and revising personnel evaluation systems, mid-career and new graduate recruitment projects, and planning and operating educational programs for in-house employees and prospective employees, and has worked hard to build the current organizational structure. He is also active in consulting activities and as a training instructor, and has been in charge of over 200 companies so far. In recognition of his
wide-ranging achievements, he was appointed executive officer in October 2021 and director in August 2022. He is in charge of overseeing all management departments.

After graduating from Waseda University with an interest in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, he joined Achievement in 2012. As a consultant, I support small and medium-sized business owners in achieving their goals and objectives. Received the President’s Award in 2016 and the President’s Special Award in 2017. In 2018, he became the youngest manager at the time. After that, in 2021 he became the executive director of the membership business for small and
medium-sized enterprises, and in 2022 he became the manager of the organizational transformation services department for small and medium-sized enterprises. While working as a training instructor for companies, he focuses on spreading the philosophy of management that motivated him to join the company.
