[Lecture content]
The theme of this lecture is “Achieving local solutions with a global perspective.” I will share my experiences based on my own experiences regarding management strategies, challenges faced, and solutions for starting and operating a business overseas. We will also convey our passion for local business, providing participants with a new perspective and inspiration. Since the lecture will be held at a real venue, we plan to include many first-hand stories that can only be conveyed to the attendees.

[About IIB monthly meeting]
As a general rule, IIB holds monthly meetings on the fourth Friday of every month, inviting lecturers from inside and outside Japan. The monthly meetings are one of the many know-hows for the growth of entrepreneurs held by “EO”, one of the world’s leading
entrepreneurial organizations with over 14,000 entrepreneurial members around the world, to which IIB Management Council Chairman Sasaki belongs.
Entrepreneurs who will be on stage as lecturers will talk about their real experiences, such as corporate strategy and conflicts and decisions they have had as managers in their past experiences. In addition, we will hold a social gathering after the lecture as a place for people with an entrepreneurial spirit, such as
entrepreneurs, working adults, and students in the prefecture, to exchange information.
Through monthly meetings, we will also support the promotion of active interaction between instructors and participants.
