[New feature] i-Repo FreeDraw now supports 3D files. It is now possible to add to input forms and write notes.
*Enables efficient management of 3D files for business use and utilization for document creation. *
Simtops Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Takashi Mizuno) has launched the i-Repo handwritten note app that digitizes field materials.
We have released “3D file support” as a new feature of “FreeDraw”.

Previously, it was not possible to store or view 3D files without linking with a separate app or custom URL scheme, but with the newly added 3D file support, i-Repo
With FreeDraw alone, you can now view 3D files, display them at the desired angle, and write notes.
In addition, by linking with the on-site report computerization system “i-Reporter”, i-Repo
Documents containing 3D files created with FreeDraw can be inserted into input forms in PDF format.
*3D files are compatible with “USDZ format (Universal Scene Description Zip)”.

1.3D file function
Library management (ConMas Manager) and 3D files (USDZ format) saved in the device can be saved on i-Repo.
You can reference it in the FreeDraw app and add it to the document you are editing. By utilizing this function, you can efficiently manage 3D files used in business and use them for document creation.
Select the 3D (USDZ) file you want to add to the document and tap “Use” to add it to the document you are editing.
You can rotate the file 360 degrees by long-pressing the 3D file and tapping “3D Rotate”.
After adding a 3D file to a document, you can view it from any angle you want and write notes on it.
2.3D/2D floor plan creation function
You can easily create a floor plan by scanning the room with your iPhone or iPad.
Once created, the floor plan can be shared directly with other users using email, chat apps, Files apps, etc. Additionally, you can create a document using the floor plan as the image below.
*This feature can be used in both online and offline environments.

3. “i-Reporter” cooperation
Create reports such as inspection sheets and survey sheets using the i-Reporter app, and add i-Report as supplementary information on the last page.
You can import 3D files, floor plans, and PDF formats from the FreeDraw app.
If you select “Send to i-Reporter” in the i-Repo FreeDraw app, you can insert the document into the form being edited in i-Reporter. The floor plan created using the i-Repo FreeDraw app has been inserted into the second sheet of the report.
