“AI Interviewer” is a new service that differs from previous AI interviews in that AI performs the initial selection from document screening to the first interview. “Multi-angle interviews” that evaluate each of the 30 items that general companies evaluate when hiring new graduates on a 5-level scale are now possible, making initial selection possible without overlooking students who are not used to interviews or students who excel in certain items.
