* How to enjoy “Ocean’s Sauna” *
* 1. Enjoy a private sauna *
Warming your body in a sauna dilates your blood vessels and improves blood flow. There are many different ways to use the sauna depending on each person’s physical condition and preference. The appeal of a private sauna is that you can enjoy it in a way that suits you without worrying about other people. You can use it freely for 2 hours. Please feel free to do so at your own pace.
* 2. Enjoy self-lowry *
“Lauryu” is the process of pouring water onto hot sauna stones to generate steam. This increases humidity and increases the perceived temperature. You can also enjoy self-rolling if you like.
* 3. Go to the pool instead of taking a cold bath *
After warming up in the sauna, take a quick shower and take a dip in the heated outdoor pool just steps away. Taking a warm water or cold bath after warming up your body will constrict your blood vessels and improve blood flow. On the other hand, the temperature difference between a high-temperature sauna and a too-cold water bath is significant, which can cause heat shock. The pool at the museum is heated, which reduces temperature differences and reduces the strain on the body. You can enjoy the sauna safely.
* 4. Enjoy outdoor bathing *
After swimming in the pool, which can be used as a cold bath, we recommend relaxing in the open air while looking out at the Kobe Port Tower and Meriken Park. Feel the sea breeze, listen to the ship’s whistle, and spend some time doing nothing.
* Recommended sauna goods *
*Kobe Minato Onsen Ren Original Sauna Hat*
There are two types: waffle fabric, which has the effect of reducing stickiness and damage to hair due to the unevenness of the fabric, and knit fabric, which reduces damage to the head and ears from heat.
2,500 yen each (2,750 yen including tax)
