Ito-Yokado Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Tetsuya Yamamoto, hereinafter referred to as “Ito-Yokado”) has adopted the concept of “Enjoying Summer” in order to help our customers enjoy their summer at Ito-Yokado York near their homes. “Yokado Summer Festival” with special projects and products will be held from August 7th (Wednesday) to August 13th (Tuesday).
The “Yokado Summer Festival” started in 2018 when August 10th (Hato) was registered with the Japan Anniversary Association as “Ito-Yokado Day.” Limited collaboration products with various contents have been well received every year, and this year will be the 7th time the event has been held. This year’s original products available at Ito-Yokado stores include the popular character “Look for Wall-E,”
“Oekaki-san,” which features comical illustrations, a collaboration product with the soothing character “Stationery To Issho,” and a product designed with a pigeon motif. We will sell products in limited quantities. Furthermore, this year, for the first time, limited edition products featuring the York logo will be sold at York stores. In addition, we have a limited number of dove-print sacoches with plastic bottle pockets that can be exchanged with the seven miles you have earned. Please look forward to the “Yokado Summer Festival” that can be enjoyed both in the app and in stores.
