The annual festival of Tankuma Shrine will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2020.
Monoguruma Shrine is located along the Venus Line, a sacred place for motorcyclists, where approximately 10 million motorcyclists from all over Japan come to pray for traffic safety and to express gratitude for the road safety they have had up until now. It was built at the foot of Mt.
The main enshrined deity is Sarutahiko Okami, who has the divine virtue of “Michihiraki” that guides traffic safety and the lives of people living in modern society in a better direction. In front of the torii gate, there is a “Kaya-no-wa Diving” where you can dive with your beloved aircraft.
