We will explain the background and design innovations behind Zinjiv’s office relocation, which was designed to strongly communicate the company’s brand in preparation for its listing and to have it penetrate deeply both inside and outside the company, and provide a guided tour.

Office concept: “Michi Shirube”
We aimed for an office that would serve as an indicator for both students and young Jinjiv employees as to what kind of future they would like to take.
We have created an open office environment where employees can freely take on challenges and enjoy creative activities. There are no partitions in the office area to encourage communication and collaboration.
In addition, in order to flexibly respond to future increases in personnel, we are planning to scale up from 50 to 100 people with minimal changes to the layout.
In terms of design, the company’s identity is emphasized by using a color scheme that reflects Ginjib’s brand elements and original graphics. This new office functions as a space that serves as a guidepost for the future, not only for employees but also for visiting students, and greatly contributes to improving the company’s sense of trust and permeating the company’s culture.
