Koki, headquartered in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture (hereinafter “Sony Lifecare”), hereby announces that they have entered into a business partnership agreement with the aim of streamlining nursing care operations and improving service quality.
Partnership overview
Our company currently provides “Life Rhythm Navi + Dr.,” which is the top runner*1 in SaaS-type elderly care facility monitoring systems. Taking advantage of the cloud-based features, we continue to update speedily based on customer feedback and feedback from the field*2.
Through this business partnership, Sony Lifecare Group will operate nursing care facilities (facility name: “Sonare”, a paid nursing home with nursing care, etc., operated by Life Care Design Co., Ltd., and “Hanakotoba”, a paid nursing home with nursing care, etc.). By obtaining the on-site cooperation of Proud Life Co., Ltd. (all wholly owned subsidiaries of Sony Lifecare), we will be able to identify important needs more quickly. In addition, the Sony Lifecare Group not only provides on-site support, but also the corporate needs of the management side.
In response to these needs, we aim to expand and advance the functionality of Life Rhythm Navi + Dr. by developing appropriate new functions and new AI.
The Sony Lifecare Group plans to utilize the advanced Life Rhythm Navi + Dr. to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The nursing care facilities operated by the Sony Lifecare Group have all buildings and beds equipped with Life Rhythm Navi+Dr., and we plan to introduce this to newly established facilities in the future.

As the No. 1 service in implementing a SaaS-type elderly facility monitoring system based on sleep analysis technology, we solve problems in nursing care and medical facilities. In addition to linking data with nursing care record systems, we provide software in the cloud, so we can accurately and quickly understand and share the condition of facility users 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
