■Regarding Eisai’s engagement improvement activities
Eisai is conducting an annual survey on Willis Towers.
The “Global Engagement Survey” provided by Watson is used in conjunction with “Wevox” provided by Atrae as a monthly pulse survey. Through workplace dialogue and action based on monthly surveys, employees are working together with organizational leaders to promote organizational development, which they believe will lead to improved results in the annual global engagement survey.
In fact, an analysis by Eisai found a high correlation between Wevox’s engagement score and the results of the global engagement survey, as shown on the left.
Eisai believes that the purpose of using Wevox is not to conduct engagement surveys per se, but to maximize organizational synergy by using the survey results, dialogue within the organization/team, and taking action. We believe that this will improve engagement.

Analysis of the survey results conducted in March 2024 revealed that organizational engagement can be improved by carrying out regular organizational activities such as sharing scores, holding discussions, and taking actions. *

When managing an organization, Wevox has now become an indispensable tool for understanding the organization’s issues and the feelings of its members.

Our company introduced Wevox in May 2020 in order to understand employee engagement in a timely manner and use it as a discussion tool for organizational leaders.

Capital Report
As mentioned in 2024, we are currently holding “Wevox Workshops” internally to discuss how to view Wevox scores and the issues faced by each organization.
In fiscal 2023, a total of 327 employees participated in 19 sessions across the country, helping them understand its importance. We will continue to revitalize internal dialogue centered around Wevox scores and advance strategies to improve engagement among all employees. I would love to discuss various HR strategies, including Wevox, with many companies.
