Open Digitalize General Incorporated Association (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Seiya Seguchi, hereinafter referred to as “the corporation”) will launch the Legal Affairs Bureau digital map app “Groundy” from Saturday, August 10, 2024.

Groundy, the Legal Affairs Bureau’s digital map app, is a land information management platform that uses the electronic data of the “Registry Office Map” (Article 14 Map) provided by the Legal Affairs Bureau. Highly accurate maps allow you to see the exact boundaries of your land anytime, anywhere.
With Groundy, anyone can easily manage land information. Maps can be displayed in 3D, so even beginners can intuitively check the topography and boundaries of the land without requiring any
specialized knowledge.
For example, in industries that involve land search and management, such as the forestry and real estate industries, distributed analog work can be centrally managed digitally, making it possible to innovatively improve efficiency. Land information can be collected on the front lines, such as in the forest or on the field, and management information can be registered and edited on the spot.
In the future, we plan to offer a variety of services to people in the agricultural, real estate, and professional industries involved in land management.

The music was entirely produced by human beatboxer Switch.
This time, the theme of the sound is “Hyuga Mokubiki Uta,” a folk song from Miyazaki Prefecture.
We focus on works that respect the people who work in the mountains (charlatans) and arrange them in a modern style!
The app’s explanation was sung in rap, transforming it into modern music. The lyrics were devised by Seguchi, our representative director, and Switch skillfully adapted them to the rhythm.
The music is comical and catchy.
2. Make an impact with dance! !
The dance choreography was created by choreographer Maki Goto. The song was arranged in a rap style based on “Hinata Mikibiki Uta” and a unique and sharp dance was created to match the lyrics. We devised a choreography that gave meaning to each word used in the app’s explanation, and the three of us combined them to create an expression that has a great impact.
The dance is easy to watch and understand, and is fun to dance to. 3. Impact as a performer! ! !
We had young people who are active on the front lines to liven up Miyazaki, including Yukipi, an Instagrammer who wants to become a local talent, appear.
