Opened in January 2001 as a support center for small and medium-sized enterprises in Osaka City. Operated by the Osaka Industry Bureau, a public interest incorporated foundation that is responsible for implementing Osaka City’s small and medium-sized enterprise support measures, it offers a variety of services useful for management, including management consultation, seminars, business schools, business negotiation events, networking events, and information dissemination.
