Japan has many specialties and delicious foods that have been passed down from generation to generation. * “Luxury Fried Sandwich Project Traveling in Japan” *
was born from the desire to let people both in Japan and abroad know about delicious food from all over Japan.

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1994. When he was in elementary school, he saw the joy on his mother’s face when he helped her in the kitchen and fell in love with cooking. After studying at a cooking and confectionery school with a passion for food, he opened a Japanese restaurant at Hotel Okura Tokyo in 2024.
Started training in a mountain village. I went to [Hotel Okura Kyoto] due to the hotel’s renovation. Learn Kyoto Kaiseki, which expresses the seasons and worldview through ingredients and presentation. After that, he studied at [Hotel Okura Tokyo] and [Hotel Okura Fukuoka]. From 2023 [FRUITS

representative and head chef, he uses his skills on a daily basis, developing ingredients such as cream and creating new products (Age.3), integrating the techniques he has cultivated in Japanese cuisine into sweets.
