In order to succeed in attracting customers through SNS, it is important to have an overall design that combines with existing methods of attracting customers, and to select and plan SNS according to the purpose. This seminar is an updated version of the “SNS/Video Strategy Seminar,” which was attended by more than 400 people, the largest number of people, at the rental housing fair last year. After the seminar, we received a lot of feedback. There were many people standing and watching, which shows the high level of attention that SNS attracts customers in the real estate industry.

Currently, SNS is the main way to search for a room, and more than half of people use SNS to find a property. By utilizing SNS, which is used 3 to 4 times more frequently than TV viewing, awareness is expected to increase.

Many real estate companies are aware of these changes in the times, and when we surveyed real estate companies asking, “Do you think SNS will grow?”, all of them answered in unison that they thought it would grow. *
However, the reality is that 35% of companies are currently operating it, 40% have never operated it yet, and 24% have stopped operating it. Many companies end up discontinuing their operations because they find it difficult to see results, so if you have an open mind and wait for results from a long-term perspective, you will get closer to success.
