From the perspective of operating an autonomous decentralized organization, we aim for further fusion, collaboration, and co-creation.
Background of the partnership agreement
About 120 researchers belong to the community of the same name, “Tanase Management Laboratory,” which is operated by Tantesu Management Laboratory Co., Ltd., and continues to research and put into practice new forms of organizational management. DXO, a program that was developed to transform organizations into autonomous decentralized and evolutionary organizations, installs an
organizational management style that is completely different from traditional managed organizations, just like replacing the entire OS on a computer. We are contributing to the realization of a well-being organization.
Sustina Building (Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo), which was opened by Green prop Co., Ltd. in April 2024, is a building with the Green concept “for a sustainable future.”
It is a life and work space that creates new opportunities and connections by being used by people who have the same vision and activities as prop.
