August 24th (Sat) Faculty of Foreign Studies Open Campus will be held! *Let’s experience the campus life of university students! *
Kyorin University’s Faculty of Foreign Studies (Department of English, Department of Chinese, Department of Tourism Exchange and Culture) in Mitaka City, Tokyo will hold its third open campus this summer. This time, Professor Kazuma Kitamura of our university’s English department, who has written a wealth of works on English such as “How to Read English” (Chukō Shinsho) and “Eibun Kaitai Shinsho”
(Kenkyusha), will talk about “General Entrance Examination Preparation and Future Ways of Learning English.” A special lecture will be held. There will also be a lecture on the “differences between high school and university learning” by Hiroyu Yagihashi, director of the High School and University Connection Promotion Office. At the same time, individual consultations will be provided by faculty members. This program is open to everyone from high school first-year students to prospective students who are interested in Kyorin University’s Faculty of Foreign Studies, as well as English instructors.
