Through a new business we started last year, we will be disseminating Japan’s wonderful works and techniques to the world* Japanese culture inheritance project “Noroshi”*
We are proceeding with this as a business. As part of this project, we have begun manufacturing *100% domestically produced single malt whisky, “Edo 5 Years”*.

We produce Japanese single malt whiskey at Oriental Kanazawa Distillery, a whiskey distillery in Japan.
Whiskey production is possible only in Kanazawa, a place of great nature. This is a domestically produced malt whiskey made with an unprecedented new idea.
