The most common answer was “Strongly agree (37.9%),” followed by “I agree (47.0%),” “I don’t really agree (13.3%),” and “Strongly disagree (1.8%).”*
This is the answer.
More than 80% of registered dietitians believe that summer fatigue is caused by weakness in the stomach and intestines.
So, how can we improve the summer fatigue caused by weak stomach and intestines?
We will see if improvements can be made through diet, which is a registered dietitian’s specialty.
When we asked the question, “Please tell us about the symptoms of summer fatigue that can be improved with diet (multiple answers allowed)”, we received the following answers.
