◇“We want to create an opportunity to encounter local masterpieces that have never been seen before.” The “Locally Produced Gourmet Lottery” was born out of this desire.
* Thoughts put into the Atari Lottery *
With the concept of “Supporting Japanese food,” “Nokizuna Takue” promotes the appeal of domestically produced ingredients. The products we carry are selected by our staff who actually visit the production area and listen to the makers’ commitment and thoughts. However, about a year after opening on August 29th last year, we have been worried that some products are difficult to pick up because people don’t know how they taste or how to use them. “Once people try it, they’re sure to like it…Isn’t there a way to make it easier to try out our products?” The idea behind the “Local Gourmet Food Lottery” was born. We thought that a lottery ticket of 500 yen per ticket would be an opportunity to get people excited and encounter products they had never seen before.
This lottery was created with the desire to create an opportunity to encounter products that you wouldn’t normally buy.
* Recommended products that you can win by lottery *
As prizes, we have selected our recommended products that you should definitely try at least once. For the jackpot, we have a sirloin steak made from Hokkaido Saroma Wagyu beef, carefully raised by Top Farm. In addition, Shinshu Watanabe’s “Shunjam”, which is particular about fruits produced in Nagano Prefecture and tastes like eating fruit, and iicome LLC, which is working hard to make rice flour the standard in Japan, have “Shunjam”. You can win 10 types of special ingredients, including “Rice Flour Pancake Mix.” There is no winning ticket for 500 yen per ticket, and customers who purchase 2,500 yen or more at the direct sales office can draw the lottery once for free.

Kamiseya Jubutsuten has many fans of chefs because of its original brand chicken “Satsuma Gokudori Daimaou” raised on its own farm in Kagoshima, and its delicious taste with little odor that stands out due to careful processing. There may come a day when the food we eat every day will no longer be taken for granted… In our many years of involvement in the food industry as a food wholesaler for restaurants, we have come across various issues such as Japan’s declining food self-sufficiency rate and the aging of farmers. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. In order to solve these issues, I would like to reconsider the importance of Japanese agriculture, introduce the charms of producers working hard in each region, utilize them in menus, and create a place where they can be eaten and supported. Nokizuna Takue, which opened as a small step in that direction, is now celebrating its 1st anniversary. The number of people who agree with our ideas has increased, and we have collaborated with multiple local governments. As a support group for the producers working hard all over the country, we will continue to carry products from all over the country and spread the word about the richness and deliciousness of Japanese food.
At our own farm in Kagoshima, we are also trying out citrus fruits and Japanese pepper.
You can also visit producers and experience harvesting.
