*Chef Ryo Goto*
Born in Kyoto Prefecture
Started his career in Japanese cuisine in Nishiazabu,
After that, he trained at Sushi Fujinaga in Azabu Juban.
Served as sous chef at Italian restaurant Grappolo in Ginza. After that, he worked at Azabu Lasen and became the chef of Sez in May 2024. Bring out the flavor of fish and meat to the fullest using techniques cultivated in Japan

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture
Started his career at a local bistro in Odawara,
After that, he worked as a sommelier at the French restaurant Fogute Tower in Yokohama.
After working at Azabu Lasen, he became the manager of Sez in May 2024. While standing at the restaurant every day,
He also serves as a wine instructor at L’ecole du Vin.
