Daniel Calvert welcomes Quique Dacosta, chef and owner of his eponymous restaurant in Denia, Spain.
Quique DaCosta currently has three Michelin stars and is ranked 14th in the 2024 World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
In addition, SEZANNE has been awarded two Michelin stars and will continue to operate in 2024.
It has been ranked 15th in the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” list, and continues to invite many world-renowned chefs to participate in Tokyo’s vibrant gastronomic world.

Daniel visited Quique DaCosta’s restaurant in Spain last year and was impressed by the outstanding cuisine. “Ever since that unforgettable meal, we have wanted to introduce SEZANNE guests to Quique DaCosta’s amazing cuisine. Through this collaboration, we have combined his most emblematic dishes with our signature dishes,” said Daniel. We are very much looking forward to providing a special dining experience.”
