Comprehensive production company Happoen Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Yoshinori Inoue, Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as “Happoen”) will open the restaurant “Thrush Cafe” in Happoen from August 17, 2024 (Saturday). (Slush Cafe)” has started operating a “night cafe”, and in addition to food and drinks, a new night parfait limited to 10 pieces a day will be available. We have also expanded our range of new seasonal cocktails that can be ordered throughout the day, making them available for a variety of occasions. In addition, “RESTAURANT ENJYU” will be closed as of September 30th (Monday) in preparation for the opening of a new store. From August 17th (Saturday) until closing, we will be offering a special menu made with plenty of summer ingredients from Miyazaki Prefecture. Thrush Cafe “Night Cafe” starts
Happoen’s restaurant “Thrush Cafe” has mainly served food and drinks during the evening hours as a dinner time, but now it will also be used as a “night cafe”. You will be able to receive it. In addition to the traditional menu of dinner courses and à la carte meals, drinks including non-alcoholic cocktails, and afternoon tea that can be reserved until 7:00 pm, we have added a new “night parfait” limited to 10 pieces a day, enriching the evening menu. I did. We will also begin offering new original cocktails throughout the day. Enjoy your meal in a variety of settings, from dining to cafes and bars, while admiring the garden’s vibrant greenery during the day and its magical atmosphere at night.

The first night parfait, limited to 10 pieces a day, is the “Whole White Peach Parfait.” A parfait made with whole white peaches and filled with diplomat cream, which is a combination of custard cream and fresh cream. In addition to their juicy, fresh pulp, white peaches are also used in abundance in smooth gelees and rich sauces. You can experience a variety of flavors and textures in every bite, including crispy pie crust, royal tea, ice cream, aloe, and cheese cream. Enjoy it with white peach sauce accented with the refreshing acidity of raspberries.

We also offer “Thrush Cafe” original cocktails that make use of seasonal ingredients. The four types of cocktails that will be available starting this summer have a summer feel to them, including ones that use seasonal fruits such as white peach and mango, and sangria-style cocktails. With a few exceptions, cocktails can be ordered all day long, not just at night.

RESTAURANT ENJYU delivers attractive ingredients from all over Japan in new flavors using a variety of cooking methods that go beyond regional traditions and genres. From August 17th (Saturday) to September 30th (Monday), 2024, we will have lunch and dinner menus with the theme of Miyazaki Prefecture that make use of summer ingredients from Miyazaki Prefecture. The seasonal menu created by the chef traveling to Miyazaki Prefecture uses ingredients that are filled with the efforts and passion of local producers, such as cherry blossom trout with just the right amount of fat and Sadowara eggplant, a traditional vegetable. We will allow you to experience the culture of Miyazaki to the fullest. Please enjoy summer dishes that highlight the passion of the producers and the skill of the chefs.
Pairings will also be available during the event, including wines made by wineries in Miyazaki. You can experience the marriage with Miyazaki ingredients.
