About the first collaboration product “Brown Rice Sakupon”

This ponsen is made without using any binding agents and utilizes the flavor of domestically produced brown rice. Mr. Matsuyama and Mr. Koyuki were involved from the product development stage, and we made many prototypes while receiving their opinions on the type of flavor and the intensity of the taste.
