After gaining experience supporting approximately 1,500 in-house projects and open innovation for approximately 300 venture companies and start-up companies as a new business executive, he founded Alpha Drive Co., Ltd. “Practical Theory of New Businesses” published. After completing graduate school at Tokyo Institute of Technology, joined a major automobile manufacturer in Aichi. After working on logistics improvement support, I was assigned as a special officer with an executive. As a player himself, he drafted a proposal for B-Project, an in-house new business proposal system, and was selected for two consecutive years out of approximately 300 business proposals. After joining Recruit Co., Ltd., he promoted sales promotion support consulting in the used car field, training system development, work style reform, etc. At the same time, he gained experience in business development in multiple new businesses. Engaged in marketing planning and operation for major companies at Cyber Buzz Co., Ltd. At the same company, he gained experience in launching an advertising operations aggregation department and an advertising operations organization, and in 2018 became the director of the social media marketing division. Responsible for planning, allocating, and executing marketing budgets for major clients. After that, he joined AlphaDrive. Specializing in regional and business development areas, he is responsible for project management of large-scale business events, new business development projects in each region, and open innovation projects. Also, since 2024, he has been working at the startup company MOSH Co., Ltd., and is familiar with the operations and networks of the startup world.

Graduated from Kochi University, Department of Forest Science. At Recruit Marketing Partners Co., Ltd., he was involved in planning and sales for bridal information magazines, including customer attraction strategies for hotels and specialty wedding halls, corporate branding, and product development. He has won national awards including MVP and Knowledge Contest Grand Prix nine times for product development based on concept makeup. We have standardized the flow of marketing, product development, and advertising, and have held seminars at vocational schools and companies. I joined Alpha Drive Kochi Co., Ltd. because I wanted to contribute to industrial development in Kochi Prefecture and increase the number of companies that young people want to work for.
