*Sakai Town, Ibaraki Prefecture (Mayor: Masahiro Hashimoto) is recruiting tenants for 21 newly developed single-family homes to promote immigration and settlement, “Ilet House Mahalo Town II.” * Recruiting tenants for Ibaraki Prefecture Sakaimachi migration promotion housing “Ilet House Mahalo Town II”
In Sakai Town, Ibaraki Prefecture (Mayor: Masahiro Hashimoto), PFI is used as a migration and settlement policy.
(Private Finance Initiative: A method of public works projects that utilizes the management know-how and funds of private companies) to promote the development of housing that promotes migration and settlement.
All of the 108 condominium-type units in the “Eylet House” housing that promotes migration and settlement that we have built so far, and the 17 units in “Ohana Town”, the first single-family housing type, are fully occupied. In addition, we received 230 applications from all over the country for the 22-building Mahalo Town, the second single-family housing type, so we have created an additional 5 buildings.
Now, in response to the overwhelming response, we will be constructing 21 new buildings, the third single-family housing project, “Mahalo Town II”.
We would like to inform you that we will begin accepting applications for new residents as the facility undergoes renovations.
