*POP UP GRANSTA Deli will be open for a limited time from August 19th (Monday) to September 8th (Sunday) on the 1st basement floor of Tokyo Station (inside the ticket gate)! *
[The Tokyo Makunouchi] The most popular bento box with a design of Tokyo Tower and Kaminarimon on the package. 1,380 yen (tax included) Miyabi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yoshiaki Miyazaki), known by the trade name “Kanda Myojin Shita Miyabi,” is the Edo Soshinju.
A long-established store of high-quality bento boxes that was founded in Otokozakashita, Kanda Myojin Shrine, and is known for its “classy bento boxes with the taste of Edo.” This time, from August 19th (Monday) to September 8th (Sunday), 2024, the limited-time shop “POP” will be held at “Grandsta Tokyo”, an ekinaka commercial facility inside JR East Tokyo Station.
UP GRANSTA
We will be appearing in “Deli”. We also carry many products that can only be found at the Gransta store, which has a kitchen, such as Edomae tempura, which is popular at our restaurant “Kanda Myojin Shimiyabi Honten.” You can enjoy freshly made and piping hot dishes such as tempura bowls at Tokyo Station Ekinaka.
Taste of Edo, Taste of Tokyo.
Ecute Tokyo, which has been open for a limited time since April in the same Tokyo Station Ekinaka area, offers products with the theme of “Edo street food.” They used to sell “tempura” and “sushi,” which were popular food stalls during the Edo period, but the product concept of Gransta Tokyo this time is “Taste of Edo, Taste of Tokyo.”
Image above* [The Tokyo Makunouchi]*
In honor of Edo-Tokyo, we serve “Shrimp Tendon” with tempura, a typical Edo-style dish, “Sukeroku Sushi” with Inari and dried gourd rolls inspired by Edo Kabuki, “Fukagawa Meshi” with clams, and more. This is a slightly luxurious bento box that includes “conger eel rice” as well as a variety of other dishes such as umami-simmered Japanese black beef and popular simmered dishes!
It also tastes freshly made and piping hot!
[Ebi tempura bowl with wasabi soup stock] 1,620 yen (tax included) Gransta Tokyo store is unique in that we can offer freshly made and piping hot products prepared in our backyard kitchen!
The image above contains three large shrimp tempura bowls.* [Ebi tempura bowl with wasabi soup stock]*
. Instead of the usual sweet and spicy tempura sauce, this style is topped with a creamy bean paste flavored with dashi. The wasabi makes it refreshing, so you can enjoy it easily.
[Tokyo Station Limited Miyabi Tenju] 1,296 yen (tax included) The image on the left is also freshly made and piping hot* [Miyabi Tenju]*. Includes shrimp, squid, lotus root, pumpkin, green beans, and kakiage of vegetables!
The accompanying rice bowl sauce is packed with the same flavor from “Kanda Myojinshita Miyabi Honten” as it is in the bottle.
We also offer rice bowls made with freshly fried tempura such as * [Conger eel tempura bowl] * (1,080 yen including tax) and [* Seafood kakiage bowl] * (972 yen including tax).
We are waiting for you with a variety of lineups, including [Assorted Tempura]* (598 yen tax included)!
I want to reheat it at home! For those who say…
[Tokyo Chicken Meshi Chibi Wappa] 1,188 yen (tax included)
Even if you buy something piping hot, it gets cold when you get home. For such people, Miyabi’s “Chibiben(R)” series of Wappa Meshi is recommended. It comes in a wooden container, but you can use it in the microwave with the lid! Once you remove the lid and move it (to prevent it from bursting), heat it for about 1 minute at 500-600W, and you can use it for other wappa rice!
The image above is filled with “chicken rice” that is delicious even on its own, and topped with colorful yakitori and meatballs, making it a true chicken feast.* [Tokyo Chicken Meshi Chibi Wappa]*
. The contrast between the yellow of the soft-boiled egg and the pink of the shaved kamaboko and flower gluten makes this bento stand out. *“Chibiben” is a registered trademark of our company.
*Microwave time varies depending on the microwave oven. If heating for more than 1 minute, check the temperature for a few seconds at a time. [Tokyo Anago Meshi Chibi Wappa] 1,296 yen (tax included)
The one on the left can also be microwaved * [Tokyo Conger Eel Meshi Chibi Wappa] *
. Our professional craftsmen carefully boil the raw conger eel until fluffy, so the conger eel is fluffy and soft! First, fill it with rice and top with chopped conger eel, which is easy to eat. And then there’s the rice, and on top of that there’s a piece of “Mesokko Boiled Conger Eel”. Enjoy with wasabi and the accompanying sansho pepper.
* “Mesokko” is a small young conger eel. It is said that Edokko considered this to be the best because the skin was softer than the larger ones, and there were no small bones to worry about.
Enjoy a refreshing “Sanshoku Soba” on a still hot day!
[Three-colored soba] 891 yen (tax included) “Tororo” is also available as an option! (1 pack 81 yen including tax)
For those of you who don’t have much of an appetite during this hot summer, we will continue to sell the [Sanshoku Soba], which was very popular at the ecute Tokyo store!
Starting from the bottom, we layered “Shinshu Soba” with a strong taste of buckwheat flour, “Uji Tea Soba” made with fragrant tea leaves from Uji, Kyoto, and “Ume Shiso Noodles” with a faint flavor of plum and soybeans. I topped it with a shredded egg. Be sure to try the three-colored soba, which has a beautiful appearance but is packed with attention to detail!
*”Sanshoku Soba” will be sold from the afternoon.
