Genero has been conducting consulting business in the DX business area. We are also working on a DX recruitment business. While promoting the development and employment of DX human resources in Nara, we aim to contribute to a society that is easy to work in even for people with children, through flexible work styles such as hybrid work of remote work and commuting, shortened working hours, and flextime.
At the 4th seminar, [What kind of work is DX? ? ] Using a tool called Jira Service Management,
I provided an overview of what ITSM (IT Service Management) is and what kind of tools it is.
We will continue to hold this event every month with the ultimate goal of obtaining ITSM certification.
