Shiroyama Hakubundo Co., Ltd. is celebrating its 10th anniversary since its release of Nyan Kan, a seal with part of the name changed to a cat design, which was first released in Japan.

Since its release, the Nyan Kan has been introduced in various media and has become a huge hit, and is still a popular seal today.
By conducting a giveaway project to commemorate the 10th anniversary of its release, we will once again be able to widely publicize the product, including those who did not know about its existence 10 years ago and those who gave up on purchasing due to order restrictions at the time of release. The purpose is to make you aware.
Changes in design
■What is Nyankan?
This is a seal that was released on August 19, 2014 and was the first concept in Japan at the time to convert part of the letters (lines) into the shape of a cat.
You can choose from two types of stamps: a vermilion ink stamp type and a penetrating stamp type made by Shachihata.

Due to the discreet fusion of letters and design, there have been many reports of cases in which it has been registered not only as a bank seal but also as a registered seal.
(As each municipality has different measures, we cannot guarantee that it will be registered. Products manufactured by Shachihata are not allowed.)
Within a week of its release, we received orders that exceeded our previous year’s sales, and the growth did not stop after that. At one point, the waiting time was more than half a year, so we stopped taking orders, and even after restarting, we have limited the number of orders for a while. There was so much buzz that I had to place an order.
Its influence was so great that after its release, many companies released similar products.
(There have been cases where lawsuits have been filed against companies that continued to sell products under the same product name Nyankan.)
After that, the Nyan Kan series included “Chou Nyan Kan”, “Nyan Kan Kiwami”, and “Nozomi Nyan Kan”.
It has remained a popular seal to this day.
