ITSM Japan
Summit is a place to learn and create connections for those involved in ITSM. It has been held every year since 2020, and the 4th event held in August last year was a huge success with over 200 people participating.
In today’s business environment, the role of IT continues to evolve. What was once an adjunct to supporting business has now become an essential driver of direct value for customers. Under these
circumstances, “IT Service Management” (hereinafter referred to as ITSM), a framework for organizations to appropriately manage IT services and provide continuous value to customers, is becoming increasingly important.
The theme for the 5th edition in 2024 is “Riding the Waves of Change.” We are now exposed to constant waves of change, including the rapid evolution of technology, values, work environments, and industry structures. In order to respond to these changes, we will deliver three sessions on the theme of advanced case studies such as the hot topic AIOps and the development of ITSM human resources, as well as inform you about the latest trends in ITSM.
This event is free to attend and consists of two parts: an online session that can be attended via Zoom, and an afterparty in Kojimachi, Tokyo. (You can also participate in only some sessions or only the after party)
We provide opportunities for new discoveries and connections for those who want to learn about ITSM and those who want to interact with experts and practitioners.
