collaboration with “Happy Set” has been decided. From August 30, 2024 (Friday), for a limited time, the Happy Set mini picture book “Let’s go to the aquarium with a sea life quiz” will be sold at McDonald’s *1 nationwide.
The mini-encyclopedia “Let’s go to the aquarium with a sea life quiz” is a special edition of “Fish,” “Animals,” “Water Creatures,” and “Birds” from Shogakukan’s NEO series of illustrated books for the Happy Set. I took photos of sea creatures such as beluga whales, sea lions, and more. You can also learn about the work of aquarium keepers, and it is a mini illustrated book that condenses information about aquariums that you would not normally know. By reading the AR mark in the encyclopedia on your smartphone, you can play videos and sounds of sea creatures. Please use this as a part of fostering children’s interest in living things.
In addition, we will be offering a discount on admission fees for children who become interested in “sea creatures” through this encyclopedia from October 2, 2024 (Wednesday) to December 31, 2024 (Tuesday). Junior high school students and younger who come with this mini encyclopedia will be eligible for a discount *2, and admission fees will be discounted for each category.

The “Happy Set” is a set menu for children that includes a main menu such as a hamburger or Chicken McNugget(R), a side menu, a drink, a toy, or a picture book or picture book. From January 2021, new side menus such as “edamame corn” and “side salad” will be added in consideration of nutritional balance. Popular items include a variety of menus where you can choose from over 250 combinations such as vegetable juice and edamame corn according to your preference, as well as fun toys, picture books, and illustrated books exclusive to McDonald’s.
