Oyraa Co., Ltd. We are pleased to announce that we have started a business partnership with Linc Co., Ltd. Background of the business alliance
Our company has been providing interpretation services since 2017 with the aim of creating a multicultural society where everyone can eliminate the language barrier and live wherever they want. In the context of utilizing foreign human resources, we provide services to a wide range of companies, from startups to major companies in the industry, with foreign engineers, specified skills, technical intern trainees, etc., with the aim of improving the productivity and retention rate of foreign employees.
Linc aims to realize a society full of diversity and inclusiveness by maximizing inbound talent’s “I’m glad they came to Japan”, and currently operates one of the largest foreign talent communities in Japan with approximately 440,000 people.
