*World Heritage Site “Toji Temple (Kyoo Gokokuji Temple)” Night Tour Private Tour*
Toji Temple is one of Kyoto’s representative temples and is visited by many people every year. It is also known as a famous spot for viewing the autumn leaves, especially when the leaves are illuminated in the fall, creating a breathtaking sight. We have now prepared a private tour where you can enjoy this picturesque scenery exclusively. Tour participants visited Toji Temple, which is usually close to the end of the tour, and went to Shoshibou, which was built to welcome members of the imperial family and is normally closed to the public. We will take a look at the fusuma and wall paintings created by the Japanese painter Insho Domoto, and then tour the temple grounds.
