While meeting the top-level illuminance requirements for various sports such as soccer, rugby, and American football, it was designed to minimize glare for the players. Utilizing Signify’s lighting design, which incorporates its knowledge to date, we were able to minimize the number of lighting fixtures and eliminate uneven lighting while taking into consideration the orientation of the lighting fixtures. This not only enhances the lighting experience for spectators, but also contributes to improving the broadcast quality of sports broadcasts.

This method involves three-dimensional surveying using digital technology to collect accurate architectural information, the use of a unique sports lighting design software that has been approved for use at large international competitions, and a unique digital construction tool. In this project, we acquired point cloud data inside and outside of the stadium facility through 3D surveying and created a 3D model that reproduces the current situation, thereby understanding the details of the architecture, topography, and surrounding environment, and solving the customer’s problems. We create lighting designs that solve problems.
In addition, in order to translate the design details into
construction with high precision, we created a unique “digital aiming device” to support construction.

Using our unique design and construction support technology that leverages our long-standing knowledge, we not only create optimal lighting for athletes, but also create a lighting space that concentrates lighting only within the stadium without leaking light into the surrounding environment. I am.

When making the proposal, we were provided with detailed simulations and other materials, so we were able to get a very easy-to-understand image of light.
We believe that the introduction of LED lighting will further enhance the appeal of Yurtech Stadium Sendai, which is said to be a theatrical stadium. We would like to continue working to make watching sports more enjoyable than ever before.
