This is a sake project in which Seto Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture produces Junmai Ginjo sake using 100% locally produced Yamada Nishiki and hydrangea flower yeast, using water as brewing water. This project began when Fujifilm contacted Seto Sake Brewery. This time, this sake, which was only sold internally, will be available for general sale in limited quantities.
