Company (Headquarters: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Company President: Akihiro Nakajima) has devised a special muffin recipe in collaboration with the organic protein “Orgain” and popular nutritionist Yumiko Watanabe. This special muffin is an exquisite product that celebrates the encounter between the chocolate fudge flavor of “Orgain” and the magazine “FUDGE” (Sanei Co., Ltd., head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Kenji Suzuki). The special muffin recipe, created in collaboration with popular nutritionist Tomiko Watanabe, is featured in the magazine’s ongoing project “Traveling Europe with Recipes.”
The muffins are made with organic protein “Orgain” chocolate fudge flavor (with chocolate flavoring) kneaded into the dough, and bananas and walnuts are added to the muffins, which are filling and

Ingredients: 6 pieces (6 servings)
・Rice flour 180g
・Baking powder 5g
・1 egg
・Rice oil 60g
・1 banana
・Walnuts 15g
・Orgain Organic Protein Chocolate Fudge Flavor 46 g (2 spoons included) ・Cane sugar 40g
・Milk 50cc
[How to make]
1. Roughly chop the walnuts.
2. Mash the banana with a fork.
3. Add eggs, rice oil, and cane sugar to a bowl and mix.
4. Add rice flour and baking powder and mix gently.
5. Add “Orgain Organic Protein Chocolate Fudge Flavor” and banana and mix. 6. Pour the batter into the mold.
7. Top with walnuts.
8. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 25 minutes, then remove from heat and it’s done.
