From Sunday, September 1, 2024 to Tuesday, November 12, 2024, “Seasonal Artistic French ~Autumn Collection~” will be on sale for a limited time.
Based on the concept of “Delicious seasonal foods that you want to enjoy now,” this time we will be serving local ingredients such as beef and radishes from Aichi Prefecture, pumpkins from Mie Prefecture, Maitake mushrooms from Gifu Prefecture, and grapes from Nagano Prefecture. A course that incorporates many autumn ingredients.
This course, packed with the chef’s special care, includes a tart amuse with caviar on top of bluefin tuna, a special soup with poached foie gras topped with grilled mushrooms from Gifu Prefecture, and Aichi beef roti with pumpkin from Mie Prefecture. Meat dishes with garnishes and truffles, etc., are characterized by delicate flavors and textures that make use of luxury and ingredients. For dessert, we offer a dish made with grapes grown in Nagano that is delicious to the eye. In addition, due to the chef’s sense of fun, the fish dishes and desserts will be transformed into Halloween-themed dishes from October 15th (Tuesday) to October 31st (Thursday), which coincides with Halloween.
We also have completely private private rooms and curtained private rooms with great views, so you can use it for a variety of purposes, such as anniversaries, girls’ nights out, family celebrations, and entertainment.

Born in Kumamoto Prefecture. His specialty is French.
While attending university, he felt the joy of cooking while living alone, and changed his career path to become a chef. After graduating from vocational school, I was in charge of banquet (wedding and general banquet) cooking at Best Bridal’s Kansai facility. After that, he moved to Nagoya and held the positions of head chef at Yagoto (teppanyaki restaurant, banquet), Marunouchi, and Nagoya Port, where he currently holds the position.
In addition, we can handle a variety of cuisines including Japanese, French, and Italian.
