A big gathering of people with bangs! From Kao “Cape” and “Liese” POPUP event “Bangs Exhibition” where you can fix your bangs on the spot will be held on the 2nd floor of Harajuku Harakado from August 23rd (Friday) to August 25th (Sunday), 2024
Kao Corporation’s Health & Beauty Care Business Division will be holding a “Bangs Exhibition” for three days only from Friday, August 23, 2024 to Sunday, August 25, 2024 on the 2nd floor of Harakado, Tokyu Plaza Harajuku.

“Cape & Riese” will be held. At the event, we will be exhibiting illustrations depicting various scenes with bangs, from bangs that don’t go as planned to perfectly determined bangs, and you can enjoy the works drawn by Yu Fukagawa, an illustrator who is popular for her unique character touch. You can have it. Additionally, there will be a trial booth at the venue where anyone can use popular styling products to style their bangs for free. We will develop it as a bangs reset spot where you can enjoy walking around Harajuku even more without giving in to the humid hot summer.

Based on the concept of “a museum that exhibits bangs that are like works of art,” we are exhibiting illustrations with introductory texts that will make you empathize with certain situations involving bangs that we encounter every day. The illustrations on display are created by illustrator Yu Fukagawa. Her lovable artistic bangs, which are realistic but somehow charming, are expressed with a delicate touch.
